Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our products. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to consumer reviews on the app stores, working closely with Product Managers to craft thoughtful and timely responses that showcase our brand values.

  • Monitor customer feedback and create tracking sheets to analyze consumer sentiment towards our games.
  • Delight customers with proactive responses, which can lead to improved ratings and reviews.
  • Engage with users on social media by replying to comments and messages in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Online Customer Service Management, with a focus on managing online conversations.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in using social media tools to engage with customers and promote our brand.

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from any academic stream is preferred.
