You will be part of our Product Growth team, ideating and conceptualizing visuals based on briefs. Your role will involve:
- Reading and summarizing product documents to stay aligned with what's being built.
- Analyzing data to find patterns or issues in user behavior.
- Talking to customers to understand their needs and using customer insights and data to recommend changes or improvements that can impact conversion funnel and improve retention.
- Working with the product and design teams to document ideas, flows, and next steps clearly.
Key skills for this role include:
- A structured thinking approach with a bias for action and problem-solving.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Design, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- Comfort with SQL or a willingness to learn it quickly.
- Curious about consumer behavior, UX design, product analytics, and user funnels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
