Job Description:

As a Home Lending Strategist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success in the home loan market. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the home loan market.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including product management, risk, compliance, and technology to develop and enhance home loan products.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify target segments, assess customer needs, and evaluate demand for home loan products.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing home lending activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals responsible for home loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and industry associations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a prestigious institution.
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the housing finance industry, with a specific focus on prime home loans.
  • Thorough knowledge of mortgage lending principles, regulations, and market dynamics is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
