Reservation Management Specialist

This role is a key contributor to the success of our organization. The Reservation Management Specialist will be responsible for enhancing guest experiences through exceptional communication skills and efficient reservation management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
