Key Role: Talent Development Specialist

 

We are on the lookout for a seasoned professional to join our Human Resources team as a Talent Manager. This position is instrumental in driving our company's growth and success, responsible for creating and executing talent management strategies that align with our organization's objectives and values.

The ideal candidate will oversee approximately 300 employees, driving initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage top talent while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Talent Strategy Development:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate talent management strategies that support long-term business growth and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with overall organizational strategy.

Performance Management:

  • Design and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Collaborate with leaders to improve employee performance and productivity.

Employee Development and Training:

  • Identify training and development needs and create learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Succession Planning:

  • Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in HR or related field is essential.
  • 5+ years of proven HR experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
