Job Title:

Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Talent Acquisition Strategist to spearhead our hiring initiatives. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will drive strategic and operational planning to identify, attract, and engage top talent.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and building strong pipelines aligned with evolving business needs. A deep understanding of technology and manufacturing domains is crucial, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline for senior and critical roles, ensuring seamless time-to-hire.
  • Leadership & Niche Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership/niche roles, leveraging advanced sourcing methods and AI-driven solutions.
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs, particularly in AI, advanced technologies, and strategic business roles.
  • Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey, partnering with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
  • Interview & Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews, including cultural and competency assessments, ensuring strong profiles move to final stages.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction) and integrate insights into decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Domain Exposure: Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.
  • Senior/Niche Hiring: Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Business Understanding: Strong business acumen with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
  • People Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.
  • Problem-Solving Orientation: Innovative, energetic, and able to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with AI-recruitment tools, sourcing analytics, and digital hiring strategies.
