Talent Acquisition Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Recruitment Account Managers and Recruitment Specialists to support client's recruitment life cycle.
- Support the HR team with onboarding of newly hired contractors, consultants, and employees.
- Create and maintain effective spreadsheets to track various items such as Issue logs, Interview logs, Job Posting logs, Candidate logs, and Action Item logs.
- Attend team meetings and client meetings.
- Set up meetings and make reservations for senior management.
- Provide support with managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure new jobs are opened in the ATS and updated daily.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent English oral and written skills, fluency in English is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
