We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative thinking, operational expertise, and exceptional communication skills.
Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding top talent. They will partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics. This individual will also build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing on platforms, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Manage multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously with tight timelines
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet hiring needs
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners
Key Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
