Job Overview:

We are seeking a People Partner to drive our talent management, L&D, and business initiatives. This role will focus on enhancing our organizational capabilities by identifying and developing critical talent across our organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive talent management and L&D initiatives
  2. Collaborate with department leaders to drive business results and showcase exceptional business acumen
  3. Identify and develop critical talent across the organization
  4. Design and deliver learning experiences that create impact where it matters

Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of experience in People Partner roles
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
