We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Eluru, India. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about identifying and attracting top candidates from various sources.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying candidates from relevant job openings and attracting applicants through multiple channels
- Conducting initial screening interviews with sourced candidates
- Profiling candidates for further validation using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Tracking internal queries raised on respective candidates and resolving them in a timely manner
- Identifying candidates that meet our business requirements
- Developing a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs
- Interacting with stakeholders and providing timely updates
- Maintaining accurate records in our management information system (MIS)
This role requires 1-3 years of experience as a Sourcer or similar role. If you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for finding top talent, we encourage you to apply.
