Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to strengthen our people and culture function. As a Human Resource Associate, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, supporting HR operations, designing and implementing HR policies, driving employee engagement, and handling HR queries.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for our global team.
- Support HR Operations: Payroll coordination, employee records, and compliance with labor laws in India and UAE.
- Design and Implement HR Policies: Performance reviews, appraisal systems, and benefits packages that nurture our workplace culture.
- Drive Employee Engagement: Activities and initiatives that foster collaboration, creativity, and growth among our employees.
- Handle HR Queries: Benefits, company policies, and general HR inquiries from our dynamic team members.
- Partner with Leadership: Building a talent pipeline for future growth and strategic business objectives.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance in India or UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
