Employer Branding Specialist Opportunity

We seek a skilled Employer Branding Specialist to amplify our global employer brand and attract top talent worldwide. This role will bridge the gap between Talent Acquisition and Marketing, creating authentic and engaging storytelling that positions us as an employer of choice.

  • Partner with global recruiters to develop compelling employer brand initiatives aligned with hiring goals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to craft engaging recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels.
  • Utilize AI tools to ideate, draft, and scale content resonating with diverse audiences.
  • Curate and amplify employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across platforms like Instagram and career sites.
  • Build and support internal communications, including employee referral campaigns and culture engagement initiatives.

For this role, you will bring:

  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI-driven design agents.
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field within talent acquisition or communications.
  • A social media mindset with a knack for creating content driving engagement and building community.
  • Strong storytelling skills to turn business needs into engaging people-first messaging.
  • A strategic mindset paired with creative out-of-the-box thinking, thriving in fast-paced collaborative environments.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and recruiting teams across global time zones.
