Human Resources Lead

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will partner with business leaders to drive strategic talent management initiatives. Your expertise in human resource development and organizational effectiveness will be essential in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Develop and manage budgets for HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, labor laws, and employment practices.
  • Conduct workforce analytics and insights to inform data-driven decisions on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressively senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a complex organization with a focus on business process management.
