The role of Senior Manager is a vital part of our engineering team in Hyderabad, driving performance management and leading high-performing teams.
We are looking for an experienced leader who can drive talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth within the ERP/EPM Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad, ensuring smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members.
- Drive performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews to foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Partner with HR to develop strategies for talent acquisition, onboarding, and skill development, aligning with global delivery standards and business priorities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Engineers and Principal Engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Act as the on-site leader, ensuring alignment with global ERP/EPM delivery standards and business priorities, while championing T-Mobile's values of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Support workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and skill development, to ensure the team's success and growth.
