We are currently seeking an experienced Business Growth Leader to drive our e-commerce business forward. This is a leadership role that involves strategic planning and execution, relationship building, team management and analysis of market trends.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaling online business operations and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential and develop their skills
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, able to balance long-term goals with short-term deliverables. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization.

Requirements
