Key Account Growth Specialist: Elevate Your Advertising Career

A highly skilled Key Account Growth Specialist is required to manage and optimize advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment, for a fast-growing e-commerce business.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce brands by analyzing campaign performance and implementing data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Identify and test new audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad placements to drive growth and revenue.

Market Insights:

  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Utilize Meta Ad Library and ad spy tools to research and replicate high-performing creatives.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to develop high-converting ad creatives that meet business objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams to streamline campaign execution and ensure timely delivery.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to remain competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in media buying for e-commerce businesses with a track record of high returns.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), with additional knowledge of Google Ads and TikTok Ads a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with design and video editing teams.
