Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to individuals, managers, and employees, contributing to long-term Payroll function development, ensuring consistency in high-level services, and effective and efficient work output.
  • Manage activities related to Payroll and Social Trusts, including Gratuity, Superannuation, Provident fund, and other compliance requirements.
  • Design, implement, and administer policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely disbursement to employees and statutory compliance.

Work closely with the Payroll lead and HR for restructuring support as needed. Keep track of all statutory changes, developments in the area, including taxation and company obligations, and take immediate action to update policies and processes accordingly.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Support monthly salary reconciliations, variance calculations, TDS calculations, and other tasks.
  • Prepare full and final employee settlement, bonus, and variable pay calculations, review investments, declaration, Form 16, Tax Returns, and other duties.
  • Maintain books, including arranging funds for settlements, preparation of vouchers, monthly payroll reconciliation, furnishing details for tax returns, and other responsibilities.
  • Member Employee Support: settle members' accounts, issue left members statements, scrutiny, maintain nomination records, issue member statements yearly, resolve members' queries, and other tasks.
