Job Title: Payroll and Compliance Specialist
Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Payroll and Compliance Specialist in a dynamic organization. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and managing administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, deductions).
- Coordinate with Finance for disbursement, reconciliations, and accounting.
- Ensure confidentiality of payroll data.
Compliance & Statutory Management:
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.
- Stay updated on labor laws, taxation, and compliance changes.
- Handle audits, inspections, and statutory queries.
Employee Benefits & Records:
- Maintain employee records for payroll, compliance, and benefits.
- Administer employee benefits programs as per statutory norms.
Administration & Office Management:
- Manage vendor coordination, facilities, and office supplies.
- Support HR operations (attendance, leave management, engagement activities).
- Ensure smooth execution of HR, payroll, and admin processes.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare payroll, compliance, and admin MIS reports.
- Support audits, budgeting, and HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in payroll, statutory compliance, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll systems, and office administration practices.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software/HRMS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM IST
