Job Summary:

The Business Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all administrative functions and human resources activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping.
