About the Position:

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring seamless functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate daily activities by opening the secure storage area at 9:05 A.M.
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, review stock reports, and maintain attractive jewelry displays.
  • Update staff attendance records within our HR system.
  • Maintain minimum cash reserves and deposit excess funds to the respective branch account.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and gather feedback.
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to achieve targets and maximise revenue.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and events to boost sales.
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop retention campaigns to reduce churn, increase customer satisfaction, and maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Prepare a monthly marketing calendar based on the local catchment area.
  • Utilise market research and data analysis to identify potential customer segments and opportunities for increasing branch revenue growth.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, administrative staff, and support personnel.
  • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance and productivity levels.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff.

Financial Management:

  • Effectively manage the branch budget, controlling expenses while maximising profitability.
  • Monitor branch expenses and budgets.

Safety and Security:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding safety, security, and legal requirements.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard assets and prevent theft or loss.
