Workday Administrator

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Administrator to provide expert support and optimization for our Workday environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Performance, and Payroll modules by providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into configuration updates or reporting solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields to ensure compliance and drive business success.
  • Conduct thorough configuration testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure seamless deployment of changes.
  • Support ongoing system maintenance, including configuration updates, security, and data governance practices.
  • Document all configuration changes and create user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll modules.
  • Proficiency in Workday report writing, including calculated fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve issues.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and deployment in Workday.
  • Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes and how they are configured within Workday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage directly with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Workday certifications a plus.
