Oracle HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team.

  • Job Description:
  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions for clients.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless Payroll operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Payroll, from requirement gathering to go-live.
  • Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific needs.
  • Configure the payroll module and tailor solutions to align with client requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless Payroll operations and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll.
  • Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
  • Excellent analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Willingness to travel onsite for long-term projects as needed.
