Job Role Summary

The Senior Executive Quality Process Auditor will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the organization s quality standards. This position involves auditing processes, ensuring compliance with ISO and ITIL standards, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement in environmental sustainability and resource conservation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit internal processes and prepare the organization for external QMS (ISO 9001), EOHS (ISO 14001 ISO audits.
  • Monitor, measure, analyze, and evaluate consumption of natural resources and greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Contribute to the implementation, enhancement, and documentation of Quality Management Systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments, environmental audits, and incident investigations.
  • Collaborate on resource conservation programs and sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Prepare detailed reports, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health Safety, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any other discipline from a recognized university.
  • Professional certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/IMS, and ITIL are mandatory.
  • 3-4 years of experience in quality management, occupational health safety, ITIL, or related fields in the IT industry.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting environmental audits, risk assessments, and ISO-related documentation.
  • Experience with GHG emission monitoring, natural resource conservation programs, and QMS enhancements.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, ITIL, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and data analysis for monitoring and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with assertive interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
