Senior Quality Improvement Leader

We are seeking a Quality Excellence Senior Manager to manage the culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our organization.
This role supports adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies while championing operational excellence initiatives that enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, hands-on problem solver, and an influential leader who can engage cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable quality improvements in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement improvements in quality standards and procedures to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Support maintenance of quality standards and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations.
- Guide project teams in utilizing tools and implementing changes to enhance product and process quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in quality management or related field in a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and process improvement techniques (e.g. LEAN, KAIZEN, Six Sigma, SPC).
- Proven track record in leading quality transformation or excellence initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Digital acumen and ability to analyze and interpret data to drive quality improvements.
