Business Development and Franchise Expansion Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development and Franchise Expansion Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business expansion and franchise development of schools across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify potential business partners for expansion of Pre-Schools and conduct city profiling for opening up new centers.
- Lead Generation and Marketing: Implement and monitor lead generation initiatives through marketing activities, and design and implement marketing strategies for acquisition.
- Presentations and Sales: Present business opportunities to potential business partners and evaluate prospect profiles for suitability as a Business Partner.
- Acquisition and Revenue Growth: Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met, and product development and launching in the region are successfully executed.
- Center Operations and Management: Serve as a point of contact for the Business Partner and coordinate with them for smooth operation of Franchise academic centers.
- Brand Building and Market Intelligence: Broaden the school's brand in target markets and inspecting the centers, while maintaining adherence to all legal norms and procedures.
- Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market trends, correct tier issues, and their procedures.
- Reporting and Performance Evaluation: Submit bi-weekly reports to track acquisitions, prepare regional collection reports, and center performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education and Experience: Post Graduate in Management (Operations / Sales) OR Graduate (BBA / BMS) with experience range of 5-7 years in franchisee / Sales / Institutional Sales.
- Geographic Knowledge and Travel: Understanding of geographic regions & willingness to travel.
