Business valuation professionals play a vital role in helping organizations understand their financial worth. As a senior business valuator, you will be responsible for extracting and mapping data from financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant documents into valuation models and Excel-based tools.

You will conduct research on industry trends, guideline public companies, and precedent transactions to identify key factors that impact business value. Your analytical skills will enable you to analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for further investigation.

To ensure accuracy and reliability, you will implement appropriate normalization adjustments to financial statements and assist in building and refining valuation models. You will also contribute to the drafting of narrative sections of valuation reports, documenting key assumptions, methodologies, and conclusions in clear and professional language.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting and a business valuation credential such as CFA or CA. They should have at least four years of experience in accounting or finance, with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines is essential.
