Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven specialist to support our global sales and business expansion initiatives.

About the Role:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across national and international markets, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Conduct thorough market research and provide valuable insights to inform sales strategy development and drive informed decision-making.
  • Engage with potential clients, including enterprises and mid-market companies, to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Built long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and technical teams to align business proposals with client objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  • Support the end-to-end sales process: from lead generation and qualification through proposal and negotiation, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or client acquisition, preferably in Managed IT Services or Technology Solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive sales closures through consultative selling and strategic partnerships.
  • Experience working with international clients and multi-geography markets, demonstrating adaptability and cultural competence.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and support sales strategy adjustments, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently in a consultative capacity and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
