Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities on online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.
  • Optimize company profiles across bidding platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Develop tailored, persuasive proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique value proposition.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet or exceed performance goals.
  • BUILD and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

The successful IT Business Development Specialist will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is required, although equivalent experience may be considered.
