We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Franchise Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing and selling franchise opportunities from a diverse portfolio of top brands across various industries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell franchise opportunities to entrepreneurs and business owners, identifying best-fit models tailored to their investment and business goals.
  • Strategically represent multiple national and regional brands, facilitating negotiations and closing deals virtually across India.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage sales and lead reports using Microsoft Excel, collaborating effectively with the team.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years in franchise sales with 20+ franchises sold; experience speaks volumes.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for generating revenue and mastering multiple business sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, plus proficiency in regional languages (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi) depending on the market.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields preferred but secondary to your sales record.
