SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect Role

As a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive business transformation across industries.

About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the SAP SuccessFactors practice, working on global transformation programs and collaborating with a talented team of experts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert across SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules, driving solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for global customers.
  • Provide hands-on functional delivery and ensure high-quality implementation, leading discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions.
  • Participate actively in pre-sales cycles including RFP responses, estimations, and solution demos, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle and providing AMS support as needed.
  • Mentor, train, and lead junior consultants, fostering talent growth within the team, conducting performance feedback, evaluations, and ratings for downstream resources.
  • Manage Proofs of Concept (POCs), solution demos, and creation of sales collaterals, liaising with SAP to maintain SuccessFactors partnership status.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by publishing blogs, whitepapers, and participating in industry events/webinars, traveling onsite (domestic/international) for customer engagements as necessary.
  • Lead and grow the SAP SuccessFactors practice, scaling headcount with business demand, delivering cost optimization, automation, and rapid deployment solutions for clients.
  • Ensure integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems is seamless, reporting regularly on practice growth, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to the SAP Practice Head.
