SAP Basis Senior Expert

About the Role:

  • Expert knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0, Netweaver 7.5, 7.3 and Solution Manager 7.2 is required for installation, upgrade and troubleshooting.
  • Extensive experience in client copies and system copies – both performing tasks and resolving issues is necessary.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Web dispatcher, Cloud connector, BOBJ/ DS - installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service requests for SAP Basis Senior Expert.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to Netweaver, ECC 6.0, and Solution Manager 7.2.
  • Perform installations, upgrades and migrations using client copy tools.
  • Collaborate with HA and DR setup teams for testing.
  • Administer HANA and Sybase ASE databases.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in SAP Basis is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are crucial for both verbal and written interactions.
  • Ability to handle customer calls and coordinate between support teams is vital.
