Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and HR Function to support process transformation and technology enablement
  • Lead HR work transitions into regional GBS locations
  • Oversee readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization
  • Coordinate process stabilization post-transition
  • Develop and implement transition governance, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecard, and escalation frameworks
  • Participate in change management efforts, supporting communication and training plans
