Strategic Vendor Program Lead

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end program management for our vendor landscape.
- This role is responsible for ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and exceptional customer experience while being cost-efficient.
The ideal candidate will design and implement comprehensive vendor management processes, develop AI-driven systems for audits/inspections, reporting, and industry research. They will also own and drive constant due diligence protocols to protect us from legal, tax, security, and financial risks.
This role requires leading process controls and automation initiatives, partnering with engineering, product, tech, and program teams. The candidate will develop and maintain governance frameworks, lead planning and forecasting activities, and manage vendor master data and documentation.
