Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives across our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, leveraging expertise in program management, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Provide expert guidance on Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, facilitating efficient workflows and ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor negotiations to optimize resource allocation and minimize risks.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 8+ years working with Veeva solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Veeva PromoMats, Vault, CRM, and DAM, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
