Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAFe practitioner to support the successful implementation of our large-scale agile initiatives using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of SAFe principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and be able to foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate effective communication and information sharing across teams, ensuring transparency and clarity in program goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage program-level risks, issues, and impediments, taking appropriate actions to mitigate their impact.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement in processes, practices, and workflows across the program.
  • Establish relevant metrics and reporting mechanisms to track program progress, measure success, and make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • SAFe certification is required.
  • Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops board is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years, 2 years in program management, supporting agile initiatives using SAFe framework.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
