Strategic Program Lead

The role of Strategic Program Lead involves driving key strategic initiatives to position the platform as the preferred shopping destination for customers requiring products 'right now' or 'at a specific time'. The individual in this role will collaborate with stakeholders to arrive at a winning strategy, drive key projects, and own key business metrics to measure progress.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize key strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience through speed sensitive purchases
  • Align key stakeholders to a bold vision for the platform through strategy documents
  • Program Manage key business metrics working across stakeholders
  • Drive strategic projects and hold teams accountable in a data-driven way
  • Establish clear reporting working with analytics to support both strategy and execution

A day in the life of this role will involve driving strategy and execution with strong partnerships across functions.
