Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in program management and change management to lead end-to-end complex programs globally.

About the Role:

The Program Management team is responsible for planning and delivering programs across product, engineering, and multiple cross-functional teams. This role will ensure timely execution, governance structures, and launch/go-to-market of programs.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans aligning with enterprise objectives.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder groups to establish interdependencies, identify risks, and eliminate roadblocks.
  • Exercise smart decision-making and collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to address key issues.
  • Establish measurable KPIs and ensure they align with overall product KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize and lead planning activities resulting in the creation of release/program roadmaps. Ensure all teams align with enterprise expectations.

  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver software/product development initiatives.
  • Apply Agile lifecycle management experience to drive project success.
  • Develop program/project level artifacts to support major software implementation programs.
Requirements:

We require a candidate with 15 years of experience and 8 years in program management. Relevant experience organizing multiple teams delivering on software/product development initiatives is essential.
