With a strong focus on personalization, variety, and exceptional customer service, we aim to redefine the corporate gifting experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, e-commerce, or a related sector, to drive impactful B2B relationships and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and procurement teams, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and present personalized solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Market Research/Vendor Management: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to refine sales approaches.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, customization, and delivery of corporate gifting solutions.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, e-commerce, or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation platforms.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
