About the Role:

As a Corporate Sales & Gifting Manager, you will be a key player in driving the growth of our dynamic company. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, managing existing relationships, and delivering exceptional gifting solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Business Development:
  • Actively seek and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their gifting needs
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients at all levels
  • Understand client requirements, propose innovative gifting solutions, and negotiate deals
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly
  • Order Management:
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Monitor order progress, resolve any issues, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative and impactful gifting solutions
  • Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency

What You'll Need:

  • Experience:  2-4 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the gifting or promotional products industry
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Language Proficiency - Kannada, English, Hindi (preferred, not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
