Strategic Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds and industries.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage salary and offer negotiations, balancing candidate expectations with organizational goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the recruitment team, fostering growth and development.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment, with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong skills in offer negotiation and compensation strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals like Naukri and Indeed.
- Proficiency in data analytics and recruitment metrics reporting.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance practices.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹5-6 LPA, depending on location and experience.
