Job Overview

Crio is seeking a results-driven Sales Operations professional to optimize sales processes and drive business growth. As a Sales Operations Strategist, you will play a vital role in streamlining our sales operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Optimization
  • Evaluate and refine existing sales processes to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Sales Analytics
  • Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports on key sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Sales Onboarding
  • Support the onboarding process for new sales team members.
  • Sales Support
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to provide sales support and enhance their effectiveness.
  • Address inquiries from the sales team and offer solutions to improve their performance.
  • Forecasting
  • Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on actual performance against forecasts.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
