Required Skills and Qualifications:
Leadership and Team Management: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
Sales Operations Expertise: Strong understanding of sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting.
Maintenance of CRM Platforms: Proficient in maintaining and utilizing CRM platforms to track client interactions and manage sales pipelines.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: Ability to make informed decisions, analyze data, and develop effective solutions to drive business results.
Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Sales Process Management: Knowledge of sales process management, credit handling, and coaching.
Banking Verification Experience: Prior experience in banking verification (back office and field) is an added advantage.
