We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to expand our corporate partnerships and drive adoption of our salary account offerings. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding medium and large enterprises, ensuring smooth employee onboarding and acting as the primary point of contact for their financial needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and manage CXO/HR-level relationships. Proven experience in corporate sales, salary accounts, or relationship management in banking/fintech is essential. Additionally, familiarity with financial products such as salary accounts, loans, and credit cards is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and onboarding medium and large corporates for salary account partnerships
  • Driving end-to-end sales cycles, from pitching Jupiter's offerings to signing agreements and employee onboarding
  • Conducting salary account activation drives and organizing on-ground corporate engagement camps
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with HR/finance decision-makers at corporates
