We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Platform Operations Director.

This high-impact role is responsible for shaping our network-wide inventory and fulfillment strategy, directly impacting our ability to deliver products to customers faster than ever before.

The successful candidate will lead a strategic team responsible for elevating speed and efficiency, innovating and automating processes, optimizing resources, solving complex challenges, driving strategic change, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building a winning team.

  • Elevate Speed & Efficiency: The Platform Operations Director will own the core processes for inventory placement and allocation, directly influencing delivery speed and optimizing holding costs across all nodes.
  • Innovate & Automate: This leader will design and deploy cutting-edge inventory models and controls that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Optimize Resources: Strategic oversight will ensure the efficient use of critical resources—space and capacity—to maximize inventory turns and revenue.
  • Solve Complex Challenges: The Platform Operations Director will be a key problem-solver, leveraging their understanding of the business to identify operational gaps and drive the development of innovative, sustainable solutions.

About You:

  • An experienced professional with 6+ years in e-commerce, supply chain, or operations, with a Tier-1/2 MBA.

  • A decisive leader who thrives in ambiguous environments and can set clear priorities with minimal guidance.
