Warehouse Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Operations Director to lead our Western Region operations.

  • Lead and manage warehouse operations for the West Region, ensuring adherence to policies, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Own regional warehouse profit and loss including budgeting, cost control, productivity, and profitability.
  • Drive efficiency in inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers; ensure service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.
  • Implement technology and automation solutions to drive efficiency and visibility in operations.

Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, operations design, and customer solutioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations in Maharashtra (Bhiwandi region preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
