Fiscal Strategy Director - Driving Business Excellence

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Fiscal Strategy Director to spearhead our financial planning and analysis initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's fiscal strategy, driving data-driven decision making, and fostering a culture of business excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term fiscal plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • CA/MBA (Fin)
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments and, ideally, in manufacturing.
  • Strong record of driving process improvements in FP&A.

A Typical Day:

You will spend your time reviewing key financial reports and dashboards, identifying trends and priority areas, leading team meetings, collaborating with department heads, and presenting insights to the executive team.
