About the Role

As a senior financial leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and transparency of financial data across our global subsidiaries. Your expertise in financial analysis, IFRS reporting, and advanced MS Excel skills will be instrumental in driving business growth and informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and financial systems. With a strong track record of managing complex financial projects, you will lead our team in delivering high-quality financial reports and providing strategic insights to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the consolidation and reporting function for our group entities with revenue exceeding $1 billion.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Review the financial performance of group entities and work closely with finance heads and leadership teams to drive corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve reporting quality, timeliness, and uniformity across all entities.
  • Spearhead the end-to-end consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial data.
  • Lead the Centre of Excellence for IFRS accounting standards and support entities in accounting advisory on complex issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of post-qualification experience in relevant background.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Ind AS/IFRS reporting expertise.
  • SAP proficiency.
  • Accounting and reporting knowledge.
  • MS Office skills.
