HR Director

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished HR professional to fill a key leadership position. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR function and driving business outcomes through strategic people management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and lead high-performing HR teams
- Manage and own key HR metrics, reporting to senior leadership
- Local Labor Law Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws pertaining to employment, compensation & benefits, and retirement plans
- Demonstrated experience in managing compliance across the HR lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in both startup and large company environments
- Ability to build and manage the employer brand for the region
- Distinguished educational qualifications
- Experience overseeing the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
- Strong external partnership management skills
- Proven track record of building and leading large functional teams to deliver business outcomes
- Pleasant and approachable personality
