Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Franchise Development professional to drive expansion efforts, onboard strategic partners, and ensure seamless store launches nationwide.

About the Role:

This key role involves identifying and evaluating potential franchise partners aligned with our brand vision and standards. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchisees, including documentation, due diligence, and initial engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner Identification: Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners to ensure alignment with our brand's vision and standards.
  • Onboarding Process Management: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchisees, including documentation, due diligence, and initial engagement.
  • Training and Support: Coordinate training programs for franchise partners and their teams to ensure service and brand consistency.
  • Store Launch Coordination: Support staffing and store setup to ensure timely and successful store launches.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with brand guidelines, operational excellence, and customer experience standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership on long-term expansion strategies and market penetration plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise development or business development in the retail or hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations, legal frameworks, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across India.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
