Business Development Specialist

We seek a results-driven business development specialist to drive growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in services sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a strategic sales plan to achieve annual new revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BPO market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers through consistent networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
This includes building a quality lead database, client profiling, due diligence, periodic interactions, presentations, RFP, RFI, RFQ submissions, bid defence, SLA and pricing negotiations.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations and are competitive in the market. They will also own monitoring and reporting on sales cycle performance and provide insights for course correction.
